Data Deletion

Last updated: June 13, 2026

This page explains how Customers and Contacts can request deletion of their data from Shepherd Station, including data received through connected Facebook and Google accounts.

For Church Staff (Customers)

Account administrators can delete individual Contacts at any time from the Contacts section of the dashboard. To request deletion of an entire organization's account and all associated data, email info@riverviewchurch.online from the email address associated with your account. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

For Contacts (Congregation Members & Leads)

If a church using Shepherd Station has your contact information and you'd like it removed, please contact that church directly. If you're unable to reach them, email info@riverviewchurch.online with your name, email or phone number, and the church's name, and we will forward your request and assist with removal within 30 days.

Facebook & Instagram Data

Shepherd Station receives lead form submissions and ad account data from Meta only for churches that have explicitly connected their Facebook Page. If a church disconnects their Facebook Page from Shepherd Station (available in account settings), we stop receiving new data immediately and delete the stored access token. To request deletion of previously received Facebook lead data, follow the steps above — we will delete it within 30 days.

You can also remove Shepherd Station's access to your Facebook account at any time via Facebook's own settings: Facebook Settings → Business Integrations → remove "Shepherd Station." This revokes our access independently of any request made to us.

Google Ads Data

Similarly, if a church connects a Google Ads account, disconnecting it in account settings stops new data syncing and removes stored credentials. To request deletion of previously synced Google Ads data, contact us as described above.
